intending it be filled with light. It may also be used for
protection. For protection, draw it on a piece of paper and
place it on or under things you want filled with
reiki.
Draw it on food and water before you eat and drink them so that
they are filled with the love that is Reiki. You
can also draw it over your head during meditation and meditate
on the symbols themselves. Draw the Cho-Ku-Rei on the
shower head prior to taking a shower so that the water is
filled with reiki as it cleanses you! Experiment and above all
