HON SHA ZE SHO NEN for Women who want to become Pregnant or are already Pregnant

1.       Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen connects your higher self with the higher self of the one you send energy; 'The Divine in me greets and honours the Divine in you' and this really is the best approach we can take towards our child to be born. Is this not beautiful? 

You are married and you are planning to have a kid. I recommend here for you to get attuned to reiki 2 or reiki master by Distance Attunement. You decide for the time for you to get pregnant and you have consulted your doctor. You are having difficulty in getting pregnant. Here I will advise both husband and wife to be attuned to reiki energy. 

You will learn both to clean your aura daily and do healing on each other. All the 12 hand positions should be done daily for 10 minutes morning and evening. Everyday you call your Higher Spirits and Guides in prayer and ask them to help you get pregnant. 

Use daily HSZSN to clear and heal your past karma which is holding you from getting pregnant. Visualise yourself being pregnant and enjoy that moment mentally when you are receiving the kick of the child in your womb. 

Always follow the instructions of your doctor but believe in your SPIRITS capacity to help you in getting pregnant. Draw HSZSN, CKR, SHK and again HSZSN to send reiki energy to your child to be born through you.

2.       You can decide in which year you want to get pregnant and then send healing to your child then to be born. 

HON SHA ZE SHO NEN is a very powerful symbol for you to use daily in sending healing to the time your child will be born. Also daily you can use the power symbol CHO KU REI and the emotional healing symbol SEI HEI KI daily to heal and help the embryo in your womb to grow perfectly.

3.       Now that you are pregnant and you know approximately the exact date for the delivery of your 3^rd child but you had lot of difficulty breastfeeding for your 2^nd child so what can be done? 

Sending healing energy in the future to your breast to get ready to produce enough milk for your baby is easily done by using HON SHA ZE SHO NEN and visualising that your breast is overflowing with milk. CHO KU REI the power symbol is used for preparing and healing your breast that it will remain firm and beautiful even when you are breastfeeding. 4.       Were you afraid to feed your baby because they were telling you that when you breastfeed the shape of your beast will change?  

As soon as a woman becomes pregnant permanent changes occur in her breasts. Even if she doesn't carry to term, or chooses to abort, her breasts will never be the same as they were before she became pregnant. Whether or not she then goes on to breastfeed will not affect her future breast shape one way or another. Heredity plays a large role in this matter, as does excessive weight gain or loss.

5.       Were you afraid that because your breast was small it will not produce enough milk? 

The size of your breasts, either large or small, has nothing to do with the amount of milk they will produce. Almost all women who are getting plenty of liquid, adequate rest and relaxation, and lots of physical contact with their babies will produce enough milk. In fact, many women who believe they are not producing enough milk are mistaken. It is surprising how much milk a tiny baby can consume in a short amount of time.  

The number of wet and soiled diapers being produced every day is a fairly accurate indicator of how much milk the baby is getting. 6-8 wet cloth diapers (5-6 soaked disposables), and at least 2-5 bowel movements per day indicate that your baby is getting plenty of milk. Once the newborn stage is over, the number of bowel movements may decrease. 

Remember, the more the baby nurses, the more milk your breasts will be stimulated to produce. If you begin "supplementing" your supply with artificial milk, your breasts will not receive adequate stimulation and your milk supply will decrease.  

6.       What is the best method for reiki healing during the whole period of pregnancy? 

Now that the doctor has confirmed your pregnancy and you will have to attend office or till the end of 8 months I feel the best way is to send the reiki light energy directly connected to her and the baby directly from the SOURCE. 

·         The easiest way of doing this is to sit down in your prayer room if you have one or in your bedroom all alone.  

·         Put some very light meditation music,  

·         draw CHO KU REI in the 8 corners of your room,  

·         draw SEI HEI KI on the ceiling and the floor of your room,  

·         do dry bathing of your aura all around your body without touching yourself,  

·         light a few aromatic candles,  

·         sit in padmasana or in a comfortable chair,  

·         close your eyes,  

·         imagine the HON SHA ZE SHO NEN symbol,  

·         see the whole movie of yourself during the whole 9 months and as well the delivery of the baby,  

·         ask your Higher Spirits, Guides and ancestors if you believe in them to come together with you to send the healing reiki energy daily to you and your baby from now till the delivery everyday at five in the morning or a time when no one will disturb you 

·         you will feel yourself connected to the embryo in your womb and the reiki source energy  till it grows to a complete healthy reiki baby, 

·         do this visualizing for fifteen minutes for 4 consecutive days, 

·         everyday feel the reiki energy and yourself connected to the source, 

·         Then from there leave everything to your guides and angels to continue the daily healing till and after delivery 

·         Reiki is easy ,beautiful and godly, 

·         Even if you do not believe in what I am telling it does not mean that these things do not exist and why not do it if it can do you and your baby the least good.

I have found that sometimes it is best to just focus on healing one thing. For example, my wife, Padma, at the time was 5 months pregnant and also doing a 3 week placement at a local theatre as part of her training. 

Not surprisingly she is finding it a little tough going. 

So, every night after I have put our two girls to bed, I sit down and just focus 100% on sending her reiki healing to help her get through her training (She is working 5hours in the evenings)
